In the present 21 st century,human resources become the first resource for enterprise development.Enterprises in order to gain an advantage in the competition,we must gather first-class talent.Enterprises pay more attention to human resources management than ever before,and strive to strengthen their own human resources management,build talent team to meet their own development.Enterprises to carry out high-level human resources management,we must implement the performance appraisal management,strengthen the performance appraisal system.This is also an inevitable requirement to improve staff performance,build first-class talent team and achieve strategic development tasks.Based on the investigation of the advanced performance appraisal theory and the performance appraisal management practice of the advanced organization,this paper analyzes the actual situation of the performance appraisal system of the management personnel of Shouqin Company,digs out the existing problems and actively uses the innovative thinking mode to rebuild The new management performance appraisal system,specifically by the following aspects.Firstly,the research topic is described,and the knowledge of performance appraisal theory is introduced.The background and significance of the research are expounded,the contents and methods of the research are explained,and the basic concepts,basic contents,assessment system and assessment methods of the performance appraisal are explained theoretically,and then the theoretical basis of the whole text is established.Secondly,introduce the research object,dig the problem and find the cause.This paper introduces the operation situation of Shouqin Company and the current performance appraisal system,and excavates the serious problems in the operation of the current performance appraisal system of Shouqin Company,and finds out the causes of the problems,and points out the improvement direction for rebuilding the performance appraisal system of management personnel.Thirdly,it introduces the reconstruction of the performance appraisal system and summarizes the operational safeguard measures.In order to ensure the effective operation of the evaluation system,the paper puts forward the implementation plan of reconstruction the performance evaluation system of Shouqin Company.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective operation of the evaluation system,put forward the relevant operational security measures.
