With the development of China's market economy,the traditional mode of employment has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises.Labor dispatching as a new mode of employment arises at the historic moment.Labor dispatch is a third party mode of labor dispatch by special labor dispatch companies to establish legal labor relations with workers,and then send employees to the actual employment demand units that meet the conditions.There are many problems in the application of labor dispatch,especially the incentive for labor dispatch.This paper,taking Xiamen Unicom as the research object,first introduces the relevant theoretical review and the current incentive status of the company,mainly introduces the situation of salary,performance,promotion,training and trade union welfare,and analyzes the current status of the incentive of labor dispatch staff in Xiamen Unicom in detail with the questionnaire survey and interview survey.The specific problems and reasons are put forward,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.First,it is suggested that Xiamen Unicom improve the incentive mechanism from the aspects of improving the salary system,improving the performance assessment scheme,promoting the promotion channel and strengthening the training.Second,it is suggested that the company set up a Labor Conference Group to carry out trade union activities and guarantee schools.The legitimate rights and interests of the employees.Third,strengthen the construction of enterprise culture,enhance the sense of identity,the sense of belonging,and strengthen the cohesiveness of the dispatched employees.Fourth,through the aspects of organization guarantee,supervision guarantee and personnel guarantee,in order to guarantee the company's implementation of the incentive system for the labor dispatch staff to solve the current enterprise.The incentive problem of labor dispatch staff can help enterprises and labor dispatch staff grow together and jointly work together for the development of enterprises.
