In order to enhance the core competitiveness, reduce labor costs, labor dispatch grown rapidly in recent years. However, there is a triangular relationship in the labor dispatch company, the client company and dispatched workers. This special relationship leads to inefficiency, contrary to the original intention. So enterprises need to focus on improving the organizational identification of the dispatched workers.In this study, the research subject is dispatching employees of enterprises in Shanghai, from the perspective of organizational identification, Integrated use of documentary research, questionnaire, and statistical analysis. Respectively inspect dispatched workers dual organizational identification as well as the relationship between its antecedents and outcome variables in the labor dispatch company and the client company.And to further explore the regulatory effect of occupation values.The results show, the dispatched employees can form dual organizational identification.Different gender, age,educational background, work,work experience, the nature of the client company dispatched employees have significant differences in organizational identification between group. In labor dispatch company, perceived organizational support is positive related to organizational identification. In the client company, perceived organizational support is positive related to organizational identification. In Labor dispatch company,procedural justice is positive related to organizational identification. In the client company,distributive justice and interpersonal justice,the two dimensions of organizational justice.are positive related to organizational identification. Organizational identification is positive related to job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior,and negative related to turnover intention. Occupational values has some moderating effects. Finally, we summarize the empirical results and discuss the limitations of the paper, and points out some prospects for the future research.
