The work of the inspection and quarantine institutions in Inner Mongolia mainly focuses on the monitoring and management of import and export products,food products,entry and exit populations,entry and exit plants and animals and related products,import and export companies,and other issues,and strictly monitors the risks that may arise from the above content.In recent years,most of the enterprises in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China have launched cross-border trade activities and have made rapid progress.As a result,inspection and quarantine operations have become increasingly arduous.So far,inspection and quarantine agencies have encountered a series of problems in human and material resources.Related resources Can not meet the huge demand for inspection and quarantine business work,therefore,we need to carry out certain improvements on the basis of the traditional inspection and quarantine supervision model to make it more suitable for the needs of today's social development.The innovative inspection and quarantine supervision model must have excellent anti-risk capabilities,achieve a reasonable allocation of resources,and create a sound risk prevention system.Regarding the related risk factors,although the inspection and quarantine institutions in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China have a certain degree of risk management,the risk management has not yet established a complete management system,and there are still many problems in informationization,decision-making execution modes,etc.Therefore,this paper takes the issues related to inspection and quarantine risk management as the main research topics.Firstly,the background,the significance of the research and the research status at home and abroad are analyzed and researched,and the theoretical basis and scientific analysis methods of this paper are summarized.Secondly,the investigation and study of the definition of the inspection and quarantine risk management,its development process and relevant theoretical results were carried out.Then,using related theoretical knowledge of public management disciplines and research findings in risk management,using imported coal as a case,after combing out the specific development of inspection and quarantine risk management in Inner Mongolia,a series of in-depth analyses of possible inspection and quarantine risk management may arise.Problems and in-depth analysis of the causes of their problems.Finally,it draws on the successful experience in the inspection and quarantine risk management model at home and abroad,and proposes perfect countermeasures from the aspects of establishing and improving the organizational framework and professional team construction,with a view to providing theoretical support for scientific and stable inspection and quarantine risk management in Inner Mongolia.
