Study On The Impact Of Import And Export Inspection And Quarantine On Economic Development

With the global economic development,China’s foreign trade import and export volume expand,the trade friction has intensified,TBT with its unique advantages by trade protection measures is more and more widely used,Inspection and quarantine work to deal with TBT is important,of course,Inspection and quarantine work affect economy is not limited to deal with TBT.This paper first reviews the inspection and quarantine and the relevant literature on economic influence;secondly,Base on the inspection and quarantine daily work and related research,according to the different economic effects,Inspection and quarantine work will be reclassified;furthermore,As the inspection and quarantine of the economic impact is different,Analyzed the path of economic impact by four ways;Finally,using the model of economic growth,Quantitative the influence in Shenzhen economy.Overall this paper is divided into two parts,the first part includes the first and the second chapter,This part focus on the theoretical study of the inspection and quarantine and its influence on the economy.The second part include the article three and four,Focused on the empirical research on the economic impact of inspection and quarantine.Summarize in that the inspection and quarantine of trade facilitation and maintaining public safety will be more effective in promoting economic;If account the impact of entrepot trade,Inspection and quarantine will be less than 3% of contribution to economic growth in Shenzhen.
