Premier Li Keqiang has deployed repeatedly the accelerate development of modern insurance service industry in related meetings of the State Council in recent years.In August 2014,the government issued documents on promoting the development of modern insurance services,indicating that commercial insurance would play an important social security role.The insurance service industry is an industry of the benefit of the people.It can greatly enhance the ability of the society,enterprises and the people to cope with risks,so that people can better carry out the risk resistance.In this paper,by understanding and using the corporate culture theories and based on the current conditions of the corporate culture of Hebei Branch of China Pacific Insurance(Group)Co.,Ltd,the problems with Hebei Branch in the corporate culture building have been studied and analyzed mainly with the manners of sample questionnaire survey and evaluation.In this paper,the corporate culture satisfaction,the staff consensus,the corporate culture recognition,the corporate service and the corporate culture development of insurance enterprises have been investigated and analyzed through the questionnaire survey.In combination with the case study,the current conditions of the corporate culture of Hebei Branch of China Pacific Insurance(Group)Co.,Ltd have been concluded,and the problems with its corporate culture building have been analyzed,which include the inadequate consensus on the corporate culture,the weak teamwork ability,the unsound incentive mechanism,great differences of personal develop planning between individuals,indefinite corporate vision,and improvement-awaiting innovation ability.When concluding it is necessary to build the corporate culture,this paper has proposed the strategies and corresponding measures for corporate culture building,which are suitable for the corporate management and development of China Pacific Insurance(Group)Co.,Ltd.In detail,the strategies and measures include formation of the corporate culture dissemination concept,promotion of the corporate leadership,improvement of the staff's recognition of corporate culture,motivation of the teamwork spirit,cultivation of the staff's innovation awareness,and attention to the talent cultivation.Hebei Branch of China Pacific Insurance(Group)Co.,Ltd would pay more attention to the corporate culture that manifests its Chinese characteristics and its corporate tenets,while further absorbing the advanced management experience of the insurance industry both in China and abroad.
