Corporate culture is not only the soul of an enterprise,but also the source of its development and key competitiveness.It also belongs to priority among priorities to improve the level of a company’s soft power.Enterprise culture construction can effectively assist enterprises to improve the enthusiasm of employees and further enhance work efficiency.and promote development.To some extent,enterprise culture has become the core competitiveness of enterprises.As a special organization integrating the party,the government,the army and the enterprise,the xpac is an important part of xinjiang.It has played a role as a melting pot of stabilizers and a demonstration zone,and made great contributions to the overall goal of social stability and long-term stability in xinjiang.Corps now is facing the unprecedented opportunity for reform,a series of round field supporting reforms have intensive,but subject to a special system limit,in a herd of reform and development is also facing many problems,light handles production management ideas,round field belongs to a lot of problems existing in enterprise management,which is now urgently needs to solve the problem.The enterprise culture of 64 regiment cotton ginning mill is mainly guided by the spirit of the corps,and some work has been done in the enterprise culture,but most of them follow the practice of the corps,which is lack of standardization and innovation,deviate from the actual development of the cotton ginning mill,and lack of innovation and practicability.This study from the connotation and function of enterprise culture,expounds the structure of enterprise culture,as well as the main body of enterprise culture construction and process,and on this basis,the author introduces the characteristics of the state-owned enterprises in our country enterprise culture,and then from the material and systematic levels of enterprise culture and spirit layer of sixty-four cotton ginning mill,analyzing the present situation and problems of enterprise culture construction and in the form of questionnaires and field interviews,to find out in the sixty-four regiment cotton ginning mill some problems in the process of the enterprise culture construction and the reason,then draw lessons referring to the successful cases of relevant state-owned enterprises in China,this paper further elaborates on them some Suggestions and relevant countermeasures for the enterprise culture construction of 64 regiment ginning mill.Through the interview and field investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the spiritual level of 64 regiment ginning mill,that is,the first-line employees have insufficient cognition of corporate culture and insufficient spiritual care for employees.At the institutional level,there are problems of mismatching of staff and posts,lagging of cultural construction and lack of substantive carrier.At the behavior level,the leadership influence is not enough,the centralized culture is strong,the English model selection is not enough,and the integration with the corps spirit is neglected.At the material level,there are problems such as insufficient organization of material cultural activities,emphasis on the form of enterprise culture cultivation and neglect of the construction of core culture.The reasons for the above problems are as follows: deeply influenced by the regional culture,the lack of special training for the construction of corporate culture,the lack of restriction on the construction of corporate culture by entrepreneurs,and the insufficient attention paid by leaders to the construction of corporate culture.In view of the problems and reasons,this paper,according to the ideas and procedures of enterprise culture construction,puts forward specific Suggestions and ideas of construction for 64 regiment cotton ginning plant,aiming at further establishing and improving the enterprise culture of 64 regiment cotton ginning plant and promoting the future development and growth of 64 regiment cotton ginning plant.
