S company is a company with more than 1000 people with a history of 15 years.With the continuous expansion of the company's scale,the company's original training and personnel skills have been unable to adapt to the rapid development of enterprises.How to effectively improve the quality of employees and improve their work performance has become the key to gain competitive advantage.According to enterprise actual situation,therefore,how to design suitable for company S staff training system,help enterprises in the complex market competition to win the competitive advantage,it is in this paper,the main problem to solve.This article embarks from the company S staff training practice,guided by the enterprise staff training theory,specific use the questionnaire survey method,access to enterprise data and statistical methods such as data,analyzing the present conditions of the company S training,points out the problems existing in the enterprise training work,and combined with the actual situation of enterprises,has carried on the training needs analysis,make the enterprise staff training target,design staff training organizations and including professional knowledge training,staff development training,S enterprise knowledge training and general knowledge training and so on four kind of training course system,and develop the enterprise training plan and training effect evaluation scheme,constitute a closed-loop training management system.This article also from creating a good training environment,establishing the corresponding system of teaching staff and training three Angle put forward the training system on the implementation of security conditions,strive to make the system design more scientific,to improve the quality of the staff,the implementation of human capital growth,promote the enterprise sustainable development.The design of the staff training system in this paper is based on the analysis of the current situation of human resources in S company,which has strong operability and can truly guide the staff training of S company.Help enterprise high efficiency,high quality to the implementation of the employee training work,to comprehensively improve the quality of enterprise human resources and enterprise competitiveness to provide reliable guarantee,for other similar enterprise's staff training work,and is of certain guidance and reference.
