Today is the era of economic globalization,the competition between enterprises has already broken through the restrictions of the region.The essence of competition is the competition of knowledge innovation ability,and the carrier of knowledge innovation is knowledge workers.Therefore,knowledge workers become important resources for enterprises to acquire competitiveness.The stronger the role played by knowledge workers is,the more obvious the ability of enterprises to gain the dominant position in market competition.Therefore,it is particularly important to manage knowledge-based employees well.Human resource is an important measure and determinant of whether an enterprise is able to develop its foothold.Under the fierce competition of technological innovation enterprises,enterprises can still keep their own unique human resource management mode while keeping the scale expanding.This article will use Google company as the main case,through the analysis of the management system and the basic situation of Google company combined with the basic conditions of the deficiencies in the management of Kangnai group at the present stage,put forward reasonable advice,hope to be able to provide certain help for our country enterprise management status.Based on the collected relevant literature on the literature research method,through the analysis of differential sorting,knowledge workers,knowledge workers,characteristics of human resource management topics such as research results were reviewed and discussed;collecting and comparing the domestic and foreign enterprises of the two typical statistics as the main research point;the empirical analysis on the management of knowledge workers,using the method of comparative analysis conclusion.
