| In the current social economic environment,material is the basic guarantee of people’s lives,in Chinese enterprises,material incentive is also the most popular incentive method.Employees is the enterprise survival and development of precious resources,full of the self-drive of employees is the enterprise dream of treasure.However,in many enterprises,although the salary and welfare of employees are good,their motivation and enthusiasm to work is not high,and even there are a lot of complaints,and staff mobility is high,this produces adverse effect on the long-term development of the enterprise.According to previous research,we can find that the needs of employees are not only material needs,but also spiritual needs,especially knowledge workers.Under the background of faster and faster information technology iteration,industrial reform has rebuilt a new development pattern,which is called "unprecedented change in a thousand years".The new round of reform has brought another qualitative leap in productivity,which also pushes the world into a new economic era in which intellectual capital plays a huge role and knowledge is the core.how to maximize stimulate the knowledge workers potential,become the important challenges faced by enterprises in the new period,which puts forward higher requirements for managers how to use incentive tools.One characteristic of knowledge enterprises is that their core production factors are knowledge workers.Compared with other enterprises,the wage level of knowledge workers in these enterprises is above the average level in the society,and they have average level of education.They like the relaxed and free working environment.In the new era with "intellectual capital" as the main body,knowledge workers have become the mainstay of enterprises without replacement,and this group plays a crucial role in the specific development stage of enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to take the non-material incentive of knowledge workers as the starting point,to deeply explore the incentive effect of non-material incentive on knowledge workers.When many people see non-material incentives,their first impression is to paint a big picture for employees and to fool them with the so-called grand blueprint.In fact,this is a wrong understanding of non-material incentives.In the two-factor theory,there are various motivating factors,including achievement,appreciation,promotion,sense of responsibility,self-growth and career development,work significance and challenge,which can become important motivating factors.If these factors are satisfied,the initiative of knowledge workers can be fully stimulated.Based on the demand of knowledge workers in W company for non-material incentives,combined with the actual situation of W Company,this paper makes an empirical analysis.First of all,through interviews with knowledge workers of W Company,the non-material incentive factors were analyzed and extracted.Then,design the questionnaire,and got the key data in the questionnaire survey.SPSS software was used for data mining and statistical analysis of the data,After a comprehensive analysis of the non-material incentive factors of knowledge workers in W Company,the conclusion of this paper is finally drawn.Based on the conclusion,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the non-material incentives for knowledge workers in W Company. |
