In the era of knowledge dominated,knowledge workers,as the carrier of knowledge,master the core elements of the enterprise development and become the core resources of the enterprise.The achievements of their work play an important role in improving the innovation and development ability of enterprises,and helping enterprises occupy the leading position in the competition of the same industry.Currently,business managers are faced with how to attract talents and improve their loyalty,manage them effectively and make them play a special role,stimulate their enthusiasm for work and create their potential.In recent years,the research on knowledge workers' motivation has attracted more and more experts and scholars.Enterprises are also realizing this point,and are committed to training and building high-quality knowledge workers team,in order to take the advantage in the market competitions.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the motivation of knowledge workers.This paper focuses on the research on the motivation problems and countermeasures of knowledge workers in C company.Starting from the classical motivation theory,with the methods of questionnaire and individual interview combined,analyzed the motivation status of knowledge workers in C company:Through the deep interview with company staff,combined with the results of previous studies on motivation factors of knowledge workers,summed up a number of factors which have important influence on the knowledge workers satisfaction,it is found that there are some problems in salary and welfare,training,promotion,rewards and punishments and enterprise culture:A questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the special motivation needs of knowledge workers.Finally,combined with the interview results,the results were analyzed,and the root causes of these problems were summarized.The scheme started from many angles,and designed a set of incentive schemes for suitable for knowledge workers in C company from the aspects of improving salary incentives,improving training quality,increasing opportunities for promotion,increasing rewards and punishments,and promoting the popularity of corporate culture.Via the above scheme,the purpose is to improving the working enthusiasm of the knowledge workers of C company,stimulate employees' innovation ability,reduce brain drain,improving the incentive status of knowledge workers of C company,for occupying the human capital and knowledge advantage in market competition.At the same time,I hope this article can provide beneficial experience for other enterprises with similar incentive problems.
