With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the growing importance of talent to enterprise,the competition of enterprise is actually the competition of the talents.How to recruit suitable talents and retain them will become the most important thing in the field of human resources management.W Company is a state-owned enterprise in the power industry.Knowledge workers are recruited to be engaged in software researching and developing.In recent years,problems include low recruitment efficiency,incompetence of new staff and so on.Therefore,according to the situation of W Company,the paper analyzes the situation of human resources and researches the recruitment mode of W Company.The paper also builds up the competency model for the knowledge workers and clearly describes the quality factors and evaluation standards of knowledge workers.It establishes the optimization solution by the recruitment planning,implement and recruitment for W Company.The recruitment planning based on the competency model improves the overall level of W Company's human resources management.And it also contributes to recruiting suitable knowledge talent for the company.At the same time,the paper provides a reference for other knowledge-intensive enterprises.
