| With the continuous development of society,the parents to the child's education to cultivate more and more attention,since 2015,the Chinese students study abroad each year,is growing at about 20% a year,and is the first condition of studying abroad for further study of English ability to achieve a certain level,because most of the parents to their own time and energy is limited,they are more willing to send their child to education institutions to study,and the child's parents expect too much,strong personality and out-of-control children themselves,life and work pressure,makes the teacher stress of education training institutions is becoming more and more big,often appear all sorts of emergencies,makes many employees when dealing with the difficulties,it is hard to find a suitable solution,the above situation will inevitably influence the teaching quality,the employee's work life caused great pressure,etc.In this background,this article to M English education company abroad test group as the research object,through the way of questionnaire and interview,understand the present situation of the company and employee basic information first,and then through the analysis of survey data,has been clear about the causes of employee pressure,respectively is the employee's personal career development,family life,personality characteristics of employees and employees in case of emergency tension,survey also found that the agency's support for employees' mental health work is not very perfect,M company abroad examination department staff has preliminary cognition to the EAP,and hope the company can introduce this project.Against such a situation,the author thinks that in M company to establish efficient,professional and system of psychological support system is very necessary,then in M company design the targeted EAP program and the system,including the construction of the project import and process at the same time,gaining the support of the company managers at all levels,provide powerful organization,capital,time and environment protection,and conduct propaganda,training and psychological counseling,such as content,can not only help employees clearly personal career development direction,to strengthen the working sense of purpose and promote the staff's physical and mental health,strengthening the consciousness of service for students,and promote the teaching quality and efficiency of education,M the most attention points rate and high score rate has been improved,the rate reached 87%,higher rate reached 84.3%,for the education institutions,this is a qualitative leap,also is in continuously provide the agency with the sustainable development of the powerful vitality.It is expected that this article can be used to improve the psychological support system of education industry employees and promote the improvement of employees' physical and mental health,work efficiency and student satisfaction. |
