Enterprise Employee Crisis Invention Plan Efficiency Analysis

Introduction:This thesis is composed with objectives of helping enterprises take proper intervention to reduce crisis matters arising and better serve enterprises transforming. Meanwhile, the thesis also aims of establishing systematic employee intervention mechanism, promoting employees' enthusiasm so as to create more worth for enterprises. Method:With the references of western countries industry social work and social work evaluation theories and methods, the thesis conducts efficiency evaluation of Siemens Compliance Plan by case study and combining method of questionnaire and personal interview. The thesis also makes qualitative analyses of the restricted factors impacting the efficiency of employee intervention plan, Result: Via data and information analysis, found that the Compliance Plan not only assists enterprise to change business operation manner and smooth dangerous period, but also helps employee handle business ethic dilemma correctly and mitigate employee stress to some extent. Meanwhile, suggestions towards the mode advantages and weaknesses are put forward also. Conclusion:Since this area study is just on the early stage in China domestic and study output is little too, this innovative study is made with theoretical meaning and practical value.
