With the increasingly fierce social competition, the pressure from work and life is greaterthan before. How to identify and alleviate the pressure, has become a practical and academictopics of common concern. Mine is a high-risk industry, and other industry or institutionmanagement compared to coal mine managers tend to face more and more pressure.Therefore, Coal mine managers on issues related to system pressure, is no doubt of greattheoretical and practical significance. In this paper, the pressures on the domestic and foreignresearch results are reviewed based on the combined use of theoretical and empirical methods,sources of stress on the coal mine managers were analyzed and identified, explored themeasures the pressure release. The main work and obtained done by the followings:(1)Coal mine managers in identifying the basis of the definition, analysis of thecharacteristics of coal mine managers to pressure; Through comparative analysis of theliterature and research, obtained the pressure source is coal mine managers,"workself-pressure","pressure within the organization","the individual characteristics of pressure"and so the composition of the eight areas; Pressure on coal mine managers attribute the sourceof the good bad development is analyzed, which reveals the source of stress is a positiveimpact, which is a negative impact.(2)In the questionnaire, based on the work of coal mine managers to stressors andnegative coping were regression analysis found that five sources of stress dimension canexplain the negative response, 24.7% of variance in which interpersonal pressure on thenegative response of most significant; accordingly, to extract the coal mine managers to sixpressure. There are two internal pressure ,"work self-pressure","internal management andexpectations"; four external pressure,"interpersonal relations and team-work","role indistinct and conflict","organization safeguard and support self-quality","their own quality".(3)Sources of stress in the coal mine manager theoretical analysis and empirical basis,using pressure management theory, puts forward a coal mine managers at a personal level andcorporate level, the pressure release of specific measures.
