There are two problems that are not easy to solve in human resource management in Chinese hotels.On the one hand,the contradiction between the shortage of people at the peak of the employment period and the idle of the off-season staffon,on the other hand,the contradiction between hotel service quality and labor cost.In order to solve the above problems,domestic hotels adopt various methods,however,the effect is not significant.The existing problems in hotels require that under the premise of properly solving the off-season employment,the hotel peak staff needs to be satisfied,and on the premise of labor cost control,efforts will be made to improve the hotel service quality.These problems have been solved effectively by human resource management outsourcing,however,the risk exists in the implementation of human resource management outsourcing in the process of the hotel is relatively large,based on this,the identification and control of risks in the process of hotel human resource outsourcing,has important significance for the hotel.This paper based on the theory of human resource management outsourcing,combined,with the present situation of hotel human resources management China,H of the hotel human resources management and risk control research,based on supply and demand perspective,the use of questionnaires and interviews,the hotel staff,the hotel staff outsourcing outsourcing intention,manpower resource,labor intention based on in-depth investigation and analysis.Based on this,the balance of hotel staff outsourcing existence of supply and demand was researched,the ways and obstacles of the implement the human resources outsourcing of the hotel was analyzed in-depth,and the risk of H hotel human resource management outsourcing were identified and assessed,the corresponding control strategy was put forward.
