In recent years,with the commercial banks and government departments for the change in demand for financial cards,financial card manufacturing industry toward the personalized,profitable,multi-functional design and production of financial cards.The production technology of financial cards is becoming more and more complicated,and the cost is getting higher and higher.In the supply chain management,the first is to choose the right raw material suppliers.So the effective evaluation of raw material suppliers,the entire supply chain management is the most important part.Correct evaluation and selection of excellent raw material suppliers,not only can promote enterprises to continuously improve their product quality,production process level,more effective to the market to provide products and services,but also in the fierce competition in the market continue to improve their own development strength,access to a more benign competitive advantage.First of all,this paper explores the industry specificity of the financial card manufacturing industry,and summarizes the characteristics of raw material procurement and the status of supplier evaluation in the industry,which leads to the inclusion of the industry's unique evaluation index when developing supplier selection targets Evaluation criteria,to build a set of financial card manufacturing industry for the supplier evaluation level structure.Secondly,this article based on AHP--MATLAB method to determine the supplier evaluation index weight and sort.From the sort can be judged,for the financial card manufacturing industry,the importance of technical indicators have far exceeded the price index.Because the AHP method has some shortcomings in judging the priority level,this article uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the optimal supplier,and has reached the more comprehensive and accurate analysis.Finally,this article takes ZC company as the research object,analyzes the current problems in the supplier evaluation,and evaluates the supplier by using the standard and method of this paper.The results show that the combination of financial card manufacturing industry,the unique evaluation criteria,more in line with ZC card company supplier management,financial card manufacturing industry for supplier evaluation to provide a more effective basis for scientific judgment and support.
