Research On Agricultural Science And Technology Innovation Ability Evaluation Of Jiangxi Province

Science and technology is one of the important factors of production,promoting progress of agricultural production is also the current our country agricultural development important way from extensive to intensive changes.Agricultural science and technology is important to promote agricultural development,rural economic prosperity and farmer increase.At present,China's agricultural science and technology innovation ability compared with the developed countries there is a larger gap,for example,there are the low intensity of r&d investment in agricultural science and technology,agricultural science and technology innovation system is not perfect,low agricultural transformation of scientific and technological achievements,lacking of agricultural science and technology professionals.At present,we need to support agricultural science and technology innovation,enhancing our grain production capacity,and speeding up our agricultural modernization.Jiangxi province is stable development in agricultural science and technology innovation ability,also made great achievements in planting and animal husbandry,but there are some questions,science and technology innovation strength is insufficient,agricultural science and technology innovation talents team is to be perfect,insufficient agricultural science and technology achievements conversion rate is insufficient,and there are many problems as backward agricultural science and technology innovation system.Based on data from 2010 to 2015 in jiangxi province,according to the previous studies and combined with the current situation in jiangxi province,we build the agricultural science and technology innovation ability evaluation system,supported by agricultural science and technology innovation,agricultural science and technology innovation investment,agricultural output,agriculture science and technology innovation of science and technology innovation contribution rule of four layers,formed the 18 indexes.By using the analytic hierarchy process to confirm the weight of each index through the expert scoring,the evaluation index of agricultural science and technology innovation ability of jiangxi province was obtained.From 2010 to 2015,we know that agricultural science and technology innovation ability of jiangxi province was strengthened by study.In order to better understand the current agricultural science and technology innovation ability in jiangxi province,we study the agricultural science and technology innovation ability of the six provinces in central China in 2015.It is concluded that the innovation ability of agricultural science and technology is in creasingin jiangxi province,but there is still a large gap compared with other provinces。Finally,drawing lessons from the United States,Japan,the Netherlands,the developed country have rich the experience of the development of agricultural science and technology innovation.We put forward countermeasures and Suggestions for jiangxi province agricultural science and technology innovation ability,the only perfect theagricultural science and technology innovation system,strengthening the agricultural enterprise development main body status,training a contingent of agricultural scientific and technological innovation,strengthening the agricultural science and technology innovation investment,enhancing agricultural transformation of scientific and technological innovation ability,training a group of high quality modern farmers,enhancing the overall economic development of jiangxi province are the ability to promote jiangxi agricultural science and technology innovation ability.
