Research On Evaluation Of Collaborative Innovation Capability Of Civil-military Fusion Enterprises In Jiangxi Province

With the continuous promotion of the strategic position of civil-military integration,the development of civil-military integration enterprises has became the focus of attention from all sectors of society.Under the background of New Era,collaborative innovation is the key for the sustainable development of civil-military integration enterprises,and improving the core competitiveness of enterprises.Grasping the connotation of collaborative innovation,and mastering the level of enterprise’s own collaborativeinnovation playan important role in promoting the collaborative innovation ability of civil-military fusion enterprises.On the one hand,the research on the evaluation system of synergetic innovation of civil-military fusion enterprises can help enterprises effectively integrate innovation resources and enhance their synergetic innovation ability in the fierce competition.On the other hand,it can provide scientific basis and decision-making reference for relevant government departments.As a major military industry province,Jiangxi Province has certain basis and advantages in promoting the development of civil-military integration.By the end of2020,a total of 490 military-civilian Integration Enterprises had been recognized.They provide strong support for the further development of military-civilian integration.Based on the characteristics of civil-military integration enterprises,this paper summarizes the relevant research results and analyzes the important factors of influencing their collaborative innovation ability,and constructs the evaluation index system on collaborative innovation capability of civil-military fusion enterprises,including three first-class indexes and sixteen second-class indexes.Then,by using the method ofanalytic hierarchy process,to define the weight of indexes of the evaluation system.By selecting 80 samples of enterprises according to certain requirements,to analyzeempiricallythe sample data using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The cooperative innovation ability of civil-military fusion enterprises in Jiangxi Province is at the average level,but tends to the betterlevel.Finally,this paper analyzes the reasons of the evaluation results,andputs forward the countermeasures and suggestions on improving the cooperative innovation ability of Jiangxi military-civilian integration enterprises,in order to provide reference for enterprises and relevant government departments.
