Study On The Capability Promotion Of Technology Innovation In Da Gang Oilfield

In facing the economic globalization of the 21st century, especially the new international economic order after China has entered the WTO, how to develop and promote the capability of technology innovation has become an emergent issue. It not only affects the survival and development of an enterprise, but also influence the developing route and speed of the whole nation's economy. According to the present developing condition of the Dagang Oilfield, and through the qualitative study and quantitative study, this paper is going to make strategic planning and give relative guidance and suggestions adherent to the policy for promoting the capability of technology innovation.This study is carried out through the analysis of the present condition of the technological innovation. The analysis mainly concerns the study of main technology , exploiting status quo ,the present condition of technological innovation of the Dagang Oilfield and the problems it faces. Then this paper will make evaluation and analysis about the technology creative capability of Dagang Oilfield through various evaluating means. Finally, corresponding strategies and suggestions will be given according to the evaluating and analyzing result.The research means is mainly based on the present studies of the experts in and out of China, especially under the guidance of mature theory, this paper makes a comprehensive, scientific and synthetic evaluation about the capability of technology innovation of the Dagang Oilfield according to the actual condition and practical basis. Different evaluating methods are taken according to various actual conditions. Through the methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Data Envelopment Analysis suggested by relevant experts, this paper makes evaluation according to the practical condition of Dagang Oilfield, so the result is relatively more authoritative. Finally, according to the evaluating results and the actual conditions of Dagang Oilfield, the paper gives corresponding strategy and suggestion in order to promote the capability of technology innovation.
