Study On The Course And Policy Of Rural Financial Reform In Wenzhou

In recent years,with the acceleration of the pace of agricultural economic and social development in China,the "three rural issues" have also undergone new changes.Among them,the development of rural financial market is becoming one of the important subjects.The multi-level system of rural financial organizations of the Agricultural Development Bank,agricultural bank,postal savings banks,rural credit cooperatives,rural banks and other financial institutions to set up the overall framework of the rural financial market.However,with the deepening of the reform of the agricultural supply side,the rural financial reform is facing new problems and difficulties,but also new space and opportunities.Wenzhou is one of China's private economy and private capital is more active in the region,since the reform and opening up,whether spontaneous reform or bottom-up,top-down mechanism innovation,reform of the financial market will be pushed to the forefront of the country.In 2012,the State Council carried out the comprehensive financial reform in Wenzhou,and the rural financial reform became the main sector of the comprehensive financial reform.Therefore,this paper takes the rural financial market of Wenzhou as the object of study,takes the innovation and reform of finance as the breakthrough point,and analyzes the main issues faced by the rural financial reform at present.This paper argues that the current financial system of Wenzhou still has some problems,such as insufficient funds supply,incomplete financial institutions,backward financial services and inadequate implementation of preferential agricultural policies.Therefore,the reform of Wenzhou rural financial market,should be in the idea insist on the concept of innovation,focusing on the system reform,pay attention to the differences and development principles,to deepen financial reform,accelerate the innovation of products and services,focusing on financial policy implementation strategies in the path,and to deepen the market research,and strengthen the training of financial personnel in the policy supply security measures.Through the research of this article,I hope to study and discuss the rural financial reform in Wenzhou from a new perspective and angle,and provide a new theoretical reference for the follow-up study.At the same time,Wenzhou's rural financial reform,as a pilot of the national comprehensive financial reform,will also provide some reference and basis for the country to make a breakthrough in the overall financial policy.
