As an effective complement to the formal financial market,the private financial market plays an important role in the rapid economic development since the reform and opening up in our country.It provides financing channels for small and medium-sized enterprises that have financial needs but find it hard to obtain funds from formal channels,improves the operational efficiency of supply and demand in the capital market,and fills the gaps in China's economic and financial system.At the same time,the lack of relevant monitoring mechanisms and legislative norms brings unhealthy social phenomena such as usury,which has seriously affected our own financial market order and social harmony and stability.Therefore,the development of private lending market should be more cautious,and it's urge us study about these negative examples to make our non-government financial market run smoothly.As the frontline of the development of non-governmental finance in our country,Wenzhou has always been characterized by rapid economic development.in 2012,the State Council set up Wenzhou private lending and registration service center,hoping to standardize private lending market environment under the guidance of the government.However,its operational effect is far from its original goal,the market is skeptical of its prospects and has its own problem about operation and tax cost.In this paper,I will analysis Wenzhou private lending registration service center as a case,combining internet financial background,try to find out the problems in the process of its development,discuss the reasons and give suggestions about its future development direction.At the same time,I'll expand the conclusion to non-government financial market,help our government establish a healthy non-government finance market supervision system.
