With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the key role of knowledge resources in market competition has gradually become prominent.Knowledge management has become an important means for enterprises to enhance their own strength,and has become a topic of common concern for the academic community and enterprises.For building construction companies,effective management of engineering project knowledge is crucial during project management.At the same time,in the process of engineering project knowledge management,tacit knowledge is difficult to manage because of its highly individualized and difficult to direct language features.Therefore,the tacit knowledge of engineering projects has become the key and difficult point for the implementation of knowledge management by construction companies.The tacit knowledge management and performance evaluation of engineering projects have become a hot topic.Therefore,how to scientifically and scientifically evaluate the implicit knowledge management performance of engineering projects and improve the level of tacit knowledge management of engineering projects has become an urgent problem.This paper takes the construction enterprise as the research object,and discusses the problem of its implicit knowledge management performance evaluation during the construction phase of the project.First,through the literature research method,we combed the papers related to performance evaluation of knowledge management and knowledge management,summed up the existing research deficiencies,and proposed the necessity of the study of the performance evaluation of the recessive knowledge management of engineering projects.Secondly,combining with the practice analysis of the project's tacit knowledge management,the influencing factors of the project's tacit knowledge management performance are systematically analyzed.On this basis,the performance evaluation index system of the project's tacit knowledge management was designed,and the rationality of the system was verified by questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.Thirdly,according to the performance evaluation index system,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the project's implicit knowledge management performance is constructed,and the operability of the model is verified through case analysis.Finally,combined with the conclusions of the case analysis,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the performance of tacit knowledge management of construction companies from three aspects: improving the basic ability of tacit knowledge management,strengthening the supporting system of tacit knowledge management,and perfecting the objective evaluation mechanism of tacit knowledge management.The innovations of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the project's tacit knowledge management performance evaluation index system composed of three first-level indicators,eight second-level indicators and nineteen third-level indicators is designed;secondly,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is constructed.Project Tacit Knowledge Management Performance Evaluation Model.
