Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Enterprise Tacit Knowledge Management Based On Genetic Algorithms

Tacit knowledge exists in the enterprise, because it was difficult to describe, copy and disseminate, contains a variety of competitiveness, therefore, it play a key role for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages and sustainable development. In addition, tacit knowledge is important to create new knowledge, which is produced by the interaction between the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.these factors determine the importance of enterprise tacit knowledge management.But from the existing tacit knowledge management evaluation system for research, there are some inadequacies: evaluation system is imperfect, the lack of systematic evaluation index, indicators evaluation system is too complicated and operability is not strong, and so on.Therefore, according to the theoretical framework for tacit knowledge management and enterprise performance evaluation theory and methods, this paper analysis and build up a new index system, this made reference to the existing academic research.A new method will be used in tacit knowledge management and enterprise performance evaluation: multiple indicator ideal interval methods(MIIIM), which use genetic algorithms and basic points to define index weight based on subjective and objective aspects. Then empirical research is made, the evaluation result is compared with other methods', which verify that the method have practicability, feasibility and the accuracy of the results.Finally, we analysis the result of enterprise tacit knowledge management performance evaluation, some strategies to improve tacit knowledge management are explained, and that is the purpose to evaluate enterprise tacit knowledge management. It is conducive to improve tacit knowledge management mechanism of enterprise, and play their resource advantages of tacit knowledge.The research tries to use MIIIM and genetic algorithm for the tacit knowledge management performance evaluation, which is expected to deal with the weight of performance evaluation index flexible, and expand research range about knowledge management performance assessment.
