Knowledge Collaborative Management Of Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Research

Market competition is increasingly reflected in the competition among supply chains, the one who master the core technology knowledge more quickly, will be able to seize the market and enhance competitiveness. In this situation, the knowledge collaboration becomes the effective way to reflect market more quickly and then improve the core competitiveness of supply chain. Knowledge collaboration can integrate and allocate the knowledge resources, and continuously improve the competitiveness of products, therefore, more and more supply chains are focus on knowledge collaborative activities among the partners, and also the evaluation problem is becoming increasingly important, a scientific and reasonable evaluation system can effectively measure the collaborative situation and can make improvements.In this thesis, based on the analysis of domestic and international knowledge collaborative research, combined with synergy, supply chain, knowledge management and other related theories, redefined the concept of knowledge collaboration of supply chain:it is the process, in which the supply chain partners carrying such as knowledge access, exchange, knowledge sharing, learning, integration, innovation and application etc cycle coordination activities at the support of information technology platform and collaboration institution, and increasing supply chain knowledge resources, and promoted the supply chain knowledge system from disorder to order; Based on the concept, building supply chain knowledge collaborative process model, and give the brief analysis of knowledge transform in the collaborative process; After analyzing evaluation index factor, selecting index and analyzing reliability and validity inspection, and finally confirmed a performance evaluation system, which formed by five level indicators of knowledge stock level, information technology platform, collaborative institution, synergy results and24second-level indicators; Building the AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,which applied to the two actual cases and then checked the rationality and practicability.
