Research On Evaluation Indexes And Methods To Tacit Knowledge Management Of The Knowledge Type Enterprise

In the knowledge-base economy times, successful enterprise succeeds in being able to create new knowledge, diffusing new knowledge inside the enterprise promptly, applying new knowledge to new technology and product, the knowledge type enterprise exactly comes into being under such background. For knowledge type enterprise, the employees are mostly knowledge type employee and have higher education background, the tacit knowledge they own, such as experience, secret of success, judgment, thinking model and so on, is innovative wellhead of enterprise, tacit knowledge indeed determines the degree that enterprise is able to win the sustainable competitive adwantages. In view of the great importance of tacit knowledge,the obtainment and shift of tacit knowledge are hot spots to study for the time being, however, the stdudies on the performance of tacit knowledge management of knowledge type enterprise are still not easily available at present, and the relative data material are also seldom to consult.The main purpose for this article to study is to evaluate the performance of the tacit knowledge management of the knowledge type enterprise by building a comparably perfect and easily practicable index system, selecting an applicable model,thus making the manager find out the the key factor in time,providing theory foundation for the improvement of management. Under such background, this article firstly does some research on 30 relative articles, making some statistics on the relative evaluation indexes in those articles, sieving those indexes by subordination analysis and factor analysis, thus building the index system at last. On the basis of the character of index system, which both has qualitative index and quantitative index, this article puts forward a model of vague mathematics based on triangular fuzzy number to settle the evaluation problem of such a index system. Lastly, this article demonstrates from two aspects: single knowledge type enterprise aspect and several knowledge type enterprises based on a certain profession aspect, verifying the index system and the evaluation model.
