Study On Optimization Of Performance Evaluation System For Production Workshop Director Of New Northeast Electric Group

The performance of workshop managers in large-scale production enterprises determines whether the production goals can be achieved or not,and plays an important role in the overall goals of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the performance evaluation of workshop managers for the production and operation of enterprises.This paper take the New Northeast Electric Group High Voltage Switchgear Limited Company production workshop director performance appraisal as the research object.Reading the literature and understanding the performance,performance appraisal theory at home and abroad lays a theoretical foundation for the theoretical research.On the basis of theoretical research,collect the company's production workshop management personnel performance appraisal information,take the form of questionnaire survey and fields interviews,give a deep understanding of the status of the production workshop director performance appraisal,find the problems existing in the performance appraisal system,put forward solutions and ideas for the company to optimize the production workshop management personnel performance appraisal system.In order to solve the problems of the company's workshop director's performance appraisal and the company's strategic objectives are not high,unreasonable index setting,lack of target management,lack of performance communication and feedback,unreasonable application of continuous performance appraisal results,lack of systematic training and other issues,the performance appraisal system of the company's production workshop director is optimized by using the performance appraisal related theory,using the target management method,key performance indicator analysis(KPI)and other performance appraisal methods,combined with the actual situation of the company.At the same time,in order to ensure the implementation of the optimized performance appraisal system smoothly,this paper puts forward the relevant safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance appraisal system.Finally,this paper summarizes the research contents and prospects for the future.
