Under the current circumstances,China is vigorously implementing the "going-out strategy",especially the Belt and Road Initiative.Many Chinese companies are participating in the Indian power market.Although Chinese companies are participating in various forms of power construction in India,including BOT,PPP and EPC Etc.However,no matter in what form the major equipment needs to be domestically designed and manufactured and transported to India for installation,the quality of the equipment will directly determine the quality of the equipment due to the power billions of billions or even billions involved The success of the project.Therefore,how to monitor the whole process of equipment during the implementation of overseas projects is of great significance to project implementation.This article analyzes the management and control system of Indian thermal power market and the role of equipment supervision in the whole project through the implementation of India Naga 2×660MW project.The article analyzes the current international mainstream project management and control mode through the whole process supervision in the process of project implementation in India,especially introduces the working mode of equipment quality engineer in EPC mode and emphasizes the whole process management of equipment supervision.In response to the quality control requirements of India's coal-fired power station project,a supervision system that meets India's national conditions,especially the IBR certification system,has been put forward.Monitoring and controlling should go through the project design,equipment manufacturing,transportation at home and abroad,on-site storage of equipment and materials,on-site installation of equipment,As well as the whole life cycle quality monitoring system during commissioning and operation and maintenance.With the participation and monitoring of equipment supervision engineers in the whole process of project implementation,the quality control of equipment manufacturing,transportation storage,installation and commissioning operation is realized Achieve the purpose of controlling the overall quality of the project,and lay the foundation for the smooth implementation of the project.This paper analyzes the function of equipment supervision system in overseas power plant projects and introduces the division of labor and responsibilities of equipment quality supervision in the project through the example of Naga coal-fired power station in India.At last,the achievement of the goal of equipment supervision is verified through the achievements made in the project,and then the necessity and scientificalness of the supervision system of supervision equipment supervision in the project implementation are illustrated.
