The face of declining demand, the State vigorously implement "environmentally friendly, resource-conserving" the harmonious society, the power industry reform, competition and other external environment, strengthen the internal cost control, in terms of the Guangdong Electric Power Construction Company is urgent and important matter.Based on the analysis of Guangdong Electric Power Construction Company to install thermal power status of the project cost control, the integrated application of earned value method and activity-based costing, cost estimates of three cost-control method, Guangdong Electric Power Construction Company cost control problems in detail the analysis and the feasible optimal solutions and supporting measures.
