In the context of global economic integration,the role of logistics in enterprise value chain is becoming increasingly prominent.Logistics is widely regarded as an important means for enterprises to reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency.In recent years,the logistics industry in our country has maintained steady growth,and the domestic logistics industry is developing much smooth.However,it is also necessary to soberly realize that in the face of a complex market environment,China's logistics industry is also facing a severe market competition situation.In the entire organizational structure of employees,knowledge workers have their own characteristics.In order to achieve their incentive goals,logistics companies need to effectively analyze their incentive needs and formulate the most appropriate incentive measures.Based on the planning and emerging requirements for the development of the logistics industry in the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”,logistics companies need to explore how to use knowledgeable employees with advanced logistics management concepts,methods and technologies to achieve the goal of sustained,stable and healthy development of the company.As a typical representative logistics company,ZT company how to implement effective incentive measures and retain talents is a worthy topic for study.Based on the results of previous studies,the author comprehensively applied the theoretical knowledge to the object of this study.After careful analysis,ZT's knowledge-based employees have clearly defined that they can use knowledge in an integrated manner in the enterprise and bring positive contributions to the enterprise in fields such as production,sales,and innovation,and they are the people can increase the company's intellectual capital and currency capital.After having a basic understanding of the company's operations and human resources structure,we conducted in-depth interviews with some representative employees,to understand the company's existing employees' incentive status.According to the actual situation of the company,questionnaires were issued to different genders,ages,qualifications,and positions.For the entry point,ZT's knowledge-based staff incentive satisfaction was stratified.Five-point scoring method was used to synthesize the data results,and the knowledge workers' incentive demand survey and incentive effect analysis were conducted.Digging out the problems existing in the motivation of knowledge workers in ZT logistics companies and their causes.Based on the existing problems,combine the employee needs with the company's actual development of incentive targets,and under the principle of scientific design,the incentive measures that can be implemented specifically for knowledge workers are constructed.From the research,it is found that there are many problems in the incentive policies of ZT companies,among which the more prominent is the lack of spiritual incentives.Knowledge workers need to establish corresponding safeguard measures in terms of corporate culture,decision-making participation,and fairness in rewards and punishments.The author hopes to study ZT's knowledge worker incentives and countermeasures to reduce the loss of knowledge-based employees in the company,and also promote the healthy development of the company,help companies achieve their goals and values.And then play a reference role for other logistics companies.
