Human resource is the strategic resource of modern enterprises.To a large extent,it determines the success or failure of a company in market competition,great attention must be paid in human resources related work.In many involved aspects,motivation is undoubted the core content,which influences the overall effect of human resources management.As the reform of economic system deepens,we are trying to explore different form of the mixed ownerships,meanwhile,the mixed ownership logistics enterprises have arisen.Property characteristics of mixed ownership and the logistics industry attributes,make enterprises have the concept of development of the modern company.However,drawbacks of the traditional state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises also followed,especially in the area of human resource management.Under the new situation of economy and society,the incentive mechanism in the traditional model of human resource management can't adapt to the new requirements of market economy,and it leads to some problems which directly affect the sustained and healthy development of the logistics enterprises.Therefore,solving staff's incentive problems for mixed sector of the logistics enterprises is important and urgent.Shandong ZT company is mixed ownership company invested by,it mainly provide agent service,such as cargo transportation agency,custom and CIQ procedure clearance,for domestic enterprise,now the ratio of investment of the state capital and private capital is 25% and 75% respectively,which is the ideal sample for our research.Based on this background,this article takes Shandong ZT Company as an example,carries on some in-depth thinking and systematic research about the staff motivation problems of the mixed sector of the logistics enterprise.This article first discribes the entire research briefly,cards the research status at home and abroad and elaborates the theoretical basis of the research;Secondly,the article introduces the fundamental information,organization structure and profit model of Shandong ZT Company.Questionnaire survey was carried out so as to get acquainted with the current situation of the staff motivation and staff demand,and as a result,several issues were found in the company's staff motivation mechanism,such as poor pertinence,sole,emphasis on determination of nature and ambiguous standard,these problems primarily lie in that administrative staffs don't have a clear realization toward the staff motivation andthe reform of industrial relationship isn't deeply pushed forward;Finally,under the premise that realizing the reason and purpose of staff motivation,the article offer proposl to the mechanism construction of staff motivation in mixed ownership logistic enterprise in three aspect,performance mangement,salary welfare and individual growth,the article also discuss how to protect the implementation of the subject mechanism.The final part is the summary of the passage,primarily states the contribution margins and shortage exist,it also envisages the research work in the future.
