An Empirical Study About The Motivation Of Knowledge-Based Labor Dispatch Staff

Economic globalization promote diversification of customer needs,and enterprises are faced with increasing competition. In order to remain invincible in the competition,enterprises must strive to reduce costs and improve competitiveness. Dispatch services prospered in this context. The "Labor Contract Law" which is issued at June 29,2007 has ended the dispatch situation of no legal basis for dispatch long time, and view of the current dispatching problem in practice has made provision, although the labor dispatching model develops in China not long, the development of dispatching is very fast, the total number of employees and the proportion which accounts for the total number of employees are on the rise. Currently, many enterprises, especially state-owned enterprises have this new group—dispatch employees who is knowledge-based. Through the introduce of the concepts of the labor dispatch services advantage and the status quo of development in China,combined with demand characteristics of knowledge-based dispatching employees and the related incentive theory, this paper summed up the incentive measures for the knowledge-based employees of labor dispatch. In the empirical analysis, through the survey about the satisfaction of knowledge dispatch staff of the current incentive system in the China Mobile Hulunbeier subsidiary and the depth interviews, the paper understands the current status of incentive system about knowledge-based dispatching employees, as well as the demand which improved satisfaction. Finally, through the analysis and the summary, the paper proposes the reference to other enterprises in China.
