Harbin bank is a city commercial bank in northeast China.As we all know,bank belongs to a special service industry.However,its operation management shows different characteristics with other industries.And the core competence of the bank is its operation management level.At the beginning of the 21 st century,domestic companies introduced the advanced operation management concepts of foreign countries successively,and carried out the reengineering of business processes successively.More and more Banks are turning their business ideas to "client-focused".Combined with domestic and foreign advanced banking methods,the bank adjusted their front desk counter business model.Harbin bank also follows the pace of the times,after the development of recent years,on the basic management of the new steps.In order to better adapt to the new situation,Harbin bank launched the centralized platform project and the operation of large concentration and process optimization steadily advanced.The operation focuses on the completion of business and continuous optimization as planned,and launches the fourth phase process optimization to reduce costs.Based on operation management and related theories,this paper takes the centralized platform project implemented by Harbin bank as the research object,and analyzes the achievements and existing value of the platform.The paper sums up some problems existing in the centralized operation of Harbin bank.First,focused platform system remains to be perfect,safe and efficient operating system is the foundation of good bank operations,during the period of centralized platform online,the bank must strengthen relevant system of form a complete set of performance improvement to make the acceleration of centralized platform project implementation better to provide a strong guarantee;Second,at present,the front desk staff is not fully released,individual case at the front desk staff needs to deal with the non real-time operation,which makes counter workers cannot make a join to marketing work;Third,centralized platform should be improved in response to emergencies.The above problems,the author puts forward the increased concentration teller role configuration platform,using of advanced science and technology to increase bank mobile platform function,increasing concentrating the platform Taiwan before and after the conversation module communication solutions,putting forward the optimization of Taiwan before and after communication,combination,improving the quality of customer business information in advance to apply for the documents,establishing the emergency preplan for business peak,which aims to strengthen the construction of Taiwan before and after personnel management,improving staff and team overall strength.Through the research of this paper,the direction of centralized operation mode of Harbin bank is put forward.We should be organized and continue to strengthen human resource management and complete the whole current Harbin bank concentrated platform structure and the positions of statistical work and also solid structure optimization of follow-up work.The centralized platform system optimization project should be launched to continuously promote the optimization project of Harbin bank centralized platform system.At the same time,we need also keep an eye on the development of the bank through feedbacks and suggestions.
