With the development of the information technology, e-banking has being an unprecedented growth and has become the most important part of the modern bank. Currently, the e-banking mainly including the online banking, mobile banking, phone banking, SMS banking, TV banking and other innovative businesses, self-service banking, and the business covers the traditional banking business and some innovative businesses, for example, financial management, foreign exchange etc.. The e-banking plays an important role in promoting the strategic transformation of the traditional commercial banks.In this paper, base on the domestic and international electronic banking developments, the marketing, services and management system of the e-banking was introduced and analyzed firstly. In the second part, the business and electronic banking development characteristics and problems of the A sub-branch ICBC Kunming was introduced, and then the electronic banking services of the A sub-branch was analyzed base on the business structural, customer base and the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) methods, the results show that the e-banking customers structural unreasonable and the e-banking development focus on quantity rather than quality. Finally, the e-banking business and marketing strategy of the A sub-branch of Kunming ICBC was development form four aspects, which include the strategic development objectives, the product marketing strategy, service support system construction strategy and the management system construction strategy.
