In the financial sector,corporate business has become the main form for financial institutions to help with enterprises' development.Due to its high limit of credit,large amount of deposit,great quantity of intermediary business and high customer loyalty,corporate business has become one of the most important sources of profit for commercial Banks.As financial markets open degree is higher and higher,the individual retail business profits in commercial bank accounted for smaller and smaller,and low interest rates led to the credit business profits brought by the market share is shrinking,in an increasingly competitive environment,the company's business as an important bargaining chip in the competition,its developing tendency method,the content such as business process configuration,has become an important topic for us to study and discuss urgently.Based on this environment,this paper on the basis of the author's practical work in the Postal Savings Bank of China E city branch operations management department payment and settlement business management job for many years,to the Business Process Improvement theory as the foundation,with the help of theory of implementation method of the concept of five stages,to analyse profoundly for the branch in the current business,focusing on the current concentration process,operating business,different types of business process details and the bottlenecks,risk and process itself,find out the problems in the process and to further explore the causes of the problem and put forward countermeasures,combining previous research results in process improvement,Focused on the branch company business process improvement design and analysis of its operating safeguard,after the optimization of Postal Savings bank of China E city branch,identified the optimization of the business process should be accompanied by relevant organizational guarantee,resource guarantee and incentive guarantee,finally arriving at a set of business process scheme which is helpful to the orderly and healthy development of the company's corporate business.
