Operation Effect Analysis And Optimal Design Research On Sha Red-finance Service Center Of X Group

In the past decades,with the rise of globalization and the wave of informatization,the changes brought about by the informationization and big data era,and the rapid expansion of the company's scale,social and economic development has encountered an unprecedented impact,and financial sharing services have emerged.This article takes X Group Financial Shared Service Center as the analysis object.Firstly,based on the research background and significance foundation and the research status at home and abroad,the thesis elaborates the related concepts,theoretical basis,construction points and development history of financial sharing services;then it briefly describes the service status of X Group financial sharing service center,including the group Introduction,construction background,etc.;then based on this,according to actual investigations and questionnaire surveys,analyze the effectiveness and problems of the operation of the X Group Financial Shared Service Center;and immediately propose the optimization ideas of the operation of the financial shared service center in the optimization of the target.Based on the above,we optimized the design of the organizational structure,business process,informationplatform,performance management,and personnel management of the X Group Financial Shared Service Center,and proposed three key links to guarantee optimal operation design;The conclusions of this paper and the outlook for the future development of financial sharing services.The author of this article hopes to continue to optimize and improve the problems existing in the current stage of operations through the study of X Group financial sharing service center,and further improve X Group's financial sharing service model.At the same time,it is hoped that the study can provide reference for the enterprise group in strengthening financial sharing services and provide favorable guidance for the future development of the company.
