Difficulties And Suggestions On The Supervision Of Small Unlicensed Workshops In Yongjia County

Wenzhou as an obvious urban and rural area,in addition to the existence of all kinds of large,medium and small legal compliance enterprises,there were also a large number of small unlicensed workshops hidden in the end of the village.On the one hand,the waste water and waste produced by these small workshops in the production process caused serious pollution to the surrounding environment,on the other hand,under paying no related taxes and low price water and electricity,it caused unfair competition to the legitimate enterprises in the market.By investigating the present situation of small unlicensed workshops in Yongjia County of Wenzhou City and analyzing the difficulties of supervision,how to implement better supervision measures were discussed to promote the better and faster development of local economy.After analyzing the existing and supervision status of small unlicensed workshops in Yongjia county of Wenzhou city,combined with the actual situation of Yongjia county,seven measures were put forward to optimize the supervision of small unlicensed workshops from two aspects.The five breakthroughs to grasp the key points,build a shared platform,draw lessons from the idea of classified and hierarchical supervision,seek policy support and strengthen propaganda and guidance were sought in strengthening government supervision.In other supervisory forces,the villager supervisory power was stimulated by perfecting the measures of reward and punishment,and the villager participation was enhanced by compulsory supervision teams and reward reporting.
