In recent years,with the growth of the economy,the people's living standard and lifestyle have changed greatly.The purchase of fresh agricultural products pays more and more attention to the freshness and safety of the products.As a necessary product of life,fresh vegetables have the characteristics of perishable,fragile,and short shelf life.In the supply of products,it is often difficult to keep fresh and high loss.How to provide consumers with high quality products is a difficult problem for logistics enterprises.After a large number of literature reading and data collection and analysis,it is found that fresh vegetable products are lost seriously in the existing "warehouse distribution" logistics mode,and the freshness is difficult to guarantee,and it is easy to cause a large amount of waste of resources.In order to reduce the loss of the product and increase the income of the enterprise,this paper first analyzes the existing logistics mode,and finds that the "warehouse distribution" logistics mode has many problems,such as many operation links,complex logistics activities,large loading and unloading and so on,which is easy to cause damage to the product,and the added value of the product is low.By analyzing the logistics mode of "warehouse and dry matching",the profit model of the model is established.After considering how to reduce logistics activities,increase the added value of products and increase the income of logistics enterprises,the logistics integration technology is used to integrate logistics resources,and the integrated logistics model of fresh vegetables is put forward.Secondly,the logistics activities of this model are divided,and the logistics cost and product value under the integrated logistics model of fresh vegetables are analyzed,and the profit model of the logistics model is established.Then the numerical analysis and comparative study are carried out with the model of logistics model of "warehouse dry matching",which proves that the "warehouse adding" logistics model of high value-added products is more advantageous.Then from the selection of product types,processing costs,distribution costs and other factors,the income sensitivity analysis of these two logistics models is carried out,and the impact of these factors on the income of logistics enterprises is deeply explored.At the same time,in order to further study the integrated logistics model of "Cang adding" and analyze the application possibility of the logistics model in real life,this paper adopts the method of system layout design(SLP)to design the integrated logistics center of "warehouse plus and distribution".First,the SLP principle is used to divide the functional area of the logistics system,and then through the calculation of the logistics relationship and non logistics relationship between the functional areas,the comprehensive correlation of each functional area is determined.Finally,the spatial layout of the logistics center is made with the graphic method.By using FLEXSIM simulation software,we design and simulate the integrated logistics center.Through the analysis of layout planning of logistics center by simulation data,we find that "warehouse plus matching" integrated logistics mode has more advantages.
