Automobile parts logistics is one of the most complicated and professional fields. Many automobile enterprises have set up distribution centre in order to reduce the cost and enhance the economic efficiency. The planning and designing of distribution center is a key.According to the practical requirement of Shanghai Huizhong automotive manufacturing Co, Ltd., this research designs a distribution center project. It can gain satisfied effect in practical use. It can cut down the cost of distribution and improve the efficiency of logistics in automobile enterprise.In Chapter 1, the characteristics of automobile parts logistics are introduced. The inland automobile enterprises should attach importance to the planning and designing of distribution center.In Chapter 2, theories called Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) and Systematica Handling Analyse (SHA) are used to the layout planning of distribution centre.In Chapter 3, the logistics actuality of Huizhong Istana distribution center is analyzed. The distribution center's scale, address and activity mode are planned based on the above theory.In Chapter 4, the establishment of Huizhong Istana distribution center is designed by means of SLP, SHA, architecture design, public design and information design.In Chapter 5, the review and conclusions of this thesis are summarized and the future research work is sketched out. In conclusion, this article study the logistics engineering and industry engineering to layout Huizhong company's distribution center. At the same time, this article give other Chinese auto factory reference. It has significance to promote Chinese auto factory to improve their logistics management level.
