| Facility layout and planning is the key method and skill in logistics management of manufacturing enterprise, which ranks a significant position in logistics management of manufacturing enterprise. The method does not only apply to the layout and adjustment of new-built, expanded, and re-built project of kinds of enterprises, but also applies to layout and planning of kinds of service enterprises.At first, the paper describes three circumstances of logistics management of PD company:A fork truck’s small accident during the busy season; The scene of the stacking of products of the company; The storyline of mid-level manager’s negligence towards logistics planning.Flowingly, analyze the cases. First, the focus of the case is the logistics technology issue on systematic layout planning (SLP) and the layout of warehouse. Secondly, according to "Iceberg Principal", analyze the cause of objects in the case; In the application of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, analyze the conducts of basic staffs and mid-level managers like storeman and fork truck driver of Transportation Dept. of PD company.At last, The Article is based on the whole logistics amount of manufacturing enterprise, applies the theory of administration decision, logistics management, etc, the thought of system management, and the SLP of facility and warehouse to analyzes the case in-deep, and get the overall merit through weighting comparison method, and finally achieve the best plan and improved layout scheme, which provides the scientific proof of problem solving decision. After the plan is carried out, the transport cost of logistics will be reduced, the efficiency and profit of logistics system will be enhanced, service quality of logistics will be improved, and the comprehensive competition of the enterprise will be strengthened.The research result of the paper has guidance and reference value towards the layout, planning and decision making of soft-drink packing and beverage filling manufacturing. |
