Simulation And Optimization Of Logistics And Warehousing Based On Flexsim

Storage is a key link in modern logistics system,as well as the flow of goods and necessary.Reasonable planning of storage system can not only speed up the flow of goods,but also can make the enterprise production more smoothly.In this paper,from the view of the storage system and the system simulation for an overview of related literature,and the storage system as the research area to study the function of the warehouse,and introduced related theory of storage in order to find out the shortage of the warehouse,then according to the reality to analysis deficiency,propose solutions,enhance the overall performance of the storage and achieve the purpose of improving efficiency.This paper warehouse by flexsim software to simulation,and with A clothing company as an example to analyze the process of loading,unloading and returning.And then process of warehousing concept modeling and entity modeling and simulation analysis,which mainly introduced EasyFit data fitting tool use and for an instance,by comparison with three different test methods to reach the optimal data parameters,and by using SPSS software to do further determined.This article through the A clothing company warehouse simulation to found bottleneck problem and repeated test analysis to draw the corresponding solutions.By reducing unnecessary process to improve the utilization rate of storage for a clothing company warehouse operation process to provide guidance and suggestion for decision-making,loading and unloading efficiency,reduce cost,and further improve the storage has a certain guiding significance on optimization of modern warehouse.
