The Study Of The Application Of Flexsim In The Planning Of Logistics System

At present, the main problem of functions and development potential of the modern logistics of our country is the faultiness of modern logistics system and inconsequence of the operation of logistics. Due to lack of foresight and planning system, the naturally logistics system is very difficult to ensure their reliability, reasonable, coordination and optimization on the collocation of logistics resource and the structure of logistics network. The main process of logistics is transport and warehousing which mainly managed by experience, and basically no use of optimization theory and methods, we can see irrational phenomenon everywhere, so it is very difficult to bring "the third profit".The technology of computer simulation is a kind of bank advanced method to study the logistics system, and one of it's biggest advantage is that we can test the effect of equipment and compare the merits of various options without actual installation of equipment and implementation of program. And identify and solve problems in the construction or the stage of process for planning ,so it played an indispensable role for lowering the whole investment cost of logisticsBecause of above , this paper firstly makes a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of logistics center and the simulation methods of logistics system , then, the paper made a model of the packaging workshop and run the simulation model by Flexsim combined the project planning program for the logistics center of railway transport of Tianyang logistics company in Mongolia, finally the paper discovered the problems existed in the logistics system, and also the paper optimized the logistics system.
