The management of Wellcome pharmacy middle management personnel is rather confusing.It does not attach importance to and establish a scientific mid-level management personnel job evaluation system,which makes the middle management of the Wellcome pharmacy work enthusiasm and initiative greatly affected.In order to improve the management status of mid-level management personnel in Wellcome Pharmacy,a scientific and comprehensive post-evaluation system for mid-level management personnel has been established.This paper has adopted literature reading methods,questionnaire survey methods,and empirical analysis methods,etc.,to Wellcome pharmacy middle management.The status quo of personnel post management,existing problems,causes and impacts were analyzed.On this basis,the Wellcome pharmacy middle management job evaluation index system was designed to perform post evaluation on the Wellcome pharmacy middle management posts.To provide reference for the improvement of the Wellcome and effectiveness of mid-level managers' job evaluation for Wellcome Pharmacy and similar companies.. |
