| With the quickening of the modernization process and the strengthening of the economic power,the magnetic field effect of our country's talents is strengthening.At home and abroad,middle managers have been regarded as the guarantee of the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises,middle managers play an important role in the development of enterprises,and the quality of middle managers is an important force in the process of enterprise development.With the deepening of the market of power industry in our country,selecting excellent middle management cadres and giving full play to the role of middle management cadres are becoming an important means to improve the management level of local and municipal power supply enterprises and to realize their development goals.To achieve this goal,there must be a scientific middle management evaluation method and system.However,through extensive research and research,it is found that there is no scientific evaluation method for the selection and appointment of middle managers in power supply enterprises.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research background and related literature,and finds that AHP is mostly used in the quality evaluation of middle managers.Secondly,it systematically combs the related theories and methods of personnel assessment,analyzes the advantages of the combination of ANP and Fuzzy methods.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the characteristics of middle managers and the assessment status of middle managers in local power supply enterprises.Based on the iceberg model of the winning power model,a multi-level network analysis structure model is established.Finally,the research results can be combined with other modules of human7 resources management to ensure the practicability of the research results.The research results of this paper provide a scientific approach to the quality of middle managers in power enterprises,which can help enterprises to understand the quality of middle managers in an all-round way... |
