With the development of global economic integration, great changes have taken place in enterprise economic environment, at the same time the enterprise management faced by the environment has also undergone a revolutionary change. Enterprise management, quality management has become the key enterprises to maintain the core competitiveness. How to identify the quality of personnel management, is an important problem in front of enterprise managers. This is how to identify the quality of management personnel to study this issue, mainly in the middle level managers of a company as research object, from the perspective of its execution competency, and eventually establish based on execution competency evaluation system. First, the research background, purpose and significance are explained, leads to the necessity and importance of this study; Secondly, the executive power theory, competency theory, execution perspective middle managers competency theory expounded and induction, is below the theoretical basis for research; Third, analyze the situation of the middle management execution and competency in A Company, and identify three problems, such as lacking of the major overall planning, inadequate competency training, and job requirements discrepancies; fourth, using literature review, index extraction and preliminary screening index selection, and then team up evaluation system for index selection and preparation of the questionnaire, using SPSS19.0 descriptive statistics, feasibility testing, factor analysis constructed based on the execution of the middle management competency assessment system of A Company, including four factors, knowledge, capabilities, integration and implementation,12 items; fifth, indicating competency evaluation system for execution enhance the role.The results of this research, has the very strong guiding significance to improve the quality of A company middle management personnel competency, which has a certain reference value for other similar enterprises. |
