A Study On Optimization Of Evaluation System Of Suppliers In A Coporation

With the development of economic globalization and marketization,the choice and management of suppliers have attracted more and more attention from enterprises.The advantages and disadvantages of suppliers play a decisive role in the manufacturing resources.The selection criteria of suppliers are important problems in supply chain management,and the evaluation system of suppliers is the basis and standard of a series of activities such as supplier selection,management,supervision and improvement.How to choose and manage suppliers reasonably has become a key factor to win the market.This paper intends to investigate and improve the existing supplier evaluation system of Company A through in-depth study and analysis of the following contents.Firstly,the responsibility of each department of A company to supplier evaluation system is elaborated,and the current situation of A company in supplier management and supplier evaluation as well as specific practices are analyzed.Secondly,it points out the deficiencies in the current A company's internal evaluation system.Then,according to the actual situation of A company,the reasonable evaluation factors and indicators are re-selected,and the improved supplier evaluation system is proposed.Based on the actual situation of A company,this paper optimizes the supplier evaluation method of A company.This method quantifies the qualitative indicators of the impact evaluation suppliers,making the analysis and evaluation more reliable,and taking each index variable as a separate unit of calculation.Then we use the weights between the first index scalar and the two level indexes to comprehensively adjust the importance of each index.Finally,the revision of the index score and the revision of the score is made,and a more objective data of the supplier evaluation system is obtained.
