The explosive growth of information has driven the development of Chinese electronics industry when all word enters in an information age.Electronic manufacturing companies have adopted a variety of quality analysis and improvement methods in order to ensure and improve the quality of electronic products.The Lean Six Sigma method was developed as one of them.Lean Production focuses on reducing waste,optimizing processes,and reducing costs,while,Six Sigma aims to eliminate variability and stabilize processes.Lean Six Sigma is a combination of Lean Production and Six Sigma management which can take advantage of Lean Production and Six Sigma.It makes up for the deficiencies of individual production models and achieves better management results.First,the research background was introduced,the research purpose and significance was expatiated.And the research status of Lean Production,Six Sigma Management and Lean Six Sigma were summarized.Then,the main contents and arrangement of the chapters was illustrated.Second,the advantages and disadvantages of Lean Production and Six Sigma management are analyzed,which was based on the introduction of Lean Production and Six Sigma management.And the process of LSS integration is given by clarifying the reasons for integrating the two production modes.Then,the background knowledge and main products of the case companies was introduced,at the same time,the production process of backlight products were combed.And the main problems of production process quality and operability instruction and technical requirements of the product quality inspection equipment was analyzed in detail.By studying the five progressive stages of problem definition,measurement system analysis,process analysis,quality improvement,and quality control,which aimed to define and analyze project improvement objectives,analysis of equipment testing capabilities,determination of key factors,improvement of key factors,maintenance of improved results,etc.The application of Lean Six Sigma in the production process of the backlight of the notebook LCD panel of J company was studied in detail which aimed to achieve quality analysis,improvement and control of backlight products.Finally,in this paper,the content makes some analyzes and summaries to prospect a further research.By using Lean Six Sigma,a set of ideas and methods for comprehensive analysis and improvement of quality was understand and mastered,to improve the quality controlof notebook panel backlight products and provide a reference example for future quality control.Therefore,the research results of this paper have become certain reference value for the quality control and quality improvement of LCD panel products.With the continuous development of the domestic liquid crystal display panel market,LSS method will be used more widely.
