The total volume of domestic human resources began to turn a corner in 2012,a considerable number of enterprises have experienced a shortage of basic labor force and a high rate of staff turnover.It is very necessary for the domestic enterprises represented by F Company of Taiyuan to pay more attention to the optimization of basic human resource compensation management.This article discusses the issue of basic labor shortages and high employee turnover rates in domestic enterprises,using Taiyuan F Corporation as an example to explore the current status and problems of basic human resource compensation management.Through questionnaire surveys and attribution analysis,it was found that Taiyuan F Corporation has problems in neglecting employees’ individual needs,lacking fairness and motivation in the remuneration system,and having poor self-improvement capabilities.The major reasons behind these problems are the lack of attention from management,outdated human resources management thinking,imperfect evaluation and promotion mechanisms,and changes in the supply environment of human resources.This article puts forward strategies and approaches for optimizing basic human resource compensation management in Taiyuan F Corporation,with the guiding principle of "employee-centered" thinking,adhering to the principles of job-based compensation while increasing and strengthening reward based on performance,ensuring fairness,competitiveness,and motivation.Specific measures include improving the job value evaluation system and maintaining a relative advantage in the level of remuneration,adjusting basic wages,implementing a humanized overtime system and welfare settings in the remuneration structure,and optimizing the remuneration growth mechanism and increasing motivation while improving fairness.This article provides valuable experience and reference for domestic enterprises to optimize basic human resource compensation management and also provides guidance for academic research in this field.
