At present,family business is a mainstream business form of non-public enterprises in our country.With the rapid development of China's economy,family businesses based private enterprises have been developing rapidly and growing,playing an increasingly important role in the national economy.As a developed area of China's private economy,Wenzhou has formed the economic structure with private economy as its main body after many years of development.It has retained the strong color of family businesses.Longwan district is a typical representative of family business gathering area.It is estimated that there are about 78% of the family enterprises in the private enterprises in Longwan District of Wenzhou.However,the average life span of family enterprises in Longwan is relatively low,and the inheritance of family enterprises has become an important problem that plagued the development of family enterprises in Wenzhou.The main contents of this paper are: defining the related concepts of family businesses,sorting out the related theories of family business inheritance,and summarizing the related research of family businesses at home and abroad.The general and combing the main mode of China's family business succession,and carries on the comparison,thus summed up the characteristics of the Chinese family business succession,and chooses Longwan District of Wenzhou city as the research area,carries on the investigation to the situation of family business succession in the area and the corresponding analysis to select three cases of case.On the basis of onthe-spot investigation,this paper analyzes,summarizes and summarizes the problems existing in the inheritance of family businesses in Longwan District of Wenzhou,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the above problems.The main conclusions of this study are: at present,the main mode of family enterprises in China have inherited his father's inheritance mode,internal promotion mode and occupation manager mode in the inheritance process with internal heritage,occupation management,two basic characteristics gradually into the right and transfer;at present,Longwan District in succession in family business father and son based,in the process of inheritance exist internal contradictions exist,larger successor successor pressure,new and old culture of conflict,internal control is weak,the other occupation managers successor furnace behind increasing problems,this study suggests that from the establishment of a coordination mechanism,improve the appraisal system of successors successors contradiction,to create a good family enterprise culture,improve the management mechanism,improve the occupation managers of family business heritage to explore diversified enterprise inheritance mode etc.
