Research On The Mode Change Of Chinese Family Business Inheritance

This paper aims to summarize and analyze the experience of family business inheritance in China and abroad.The author try to put forward a reform model suitable for family business inheritance in China from the perspective of modern economics.Family business is an important part of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics and an important participant and builder of the reform and opening up Policy.The reality is that in the next five to ten years,family businesses in China will face succession problems in general.However,from a global perspective,the inheritance of family businesses often has a high failure rate.The fact profoundly shows that inheritance is a huge challenge for Chinese family businesses.Therefore,it is an inescapable major problem to solve the inheritance problem of Chinese family business in theoretically.Through reviewing relevant literature,the author finds that the theoretical research on family business inheritance is mainly focused on management,business and other fields,and there is still a lack of research on family business inheritance from the perspective of modern economics.Therefore,the author will adopt the theoretical framework of innovation economics and from the perspective of the theory of Shared property rights,the author tries to put forward the corresponding reform strategies for the three inheritance modes prevailing in China.Combined with the relevant applications of the new Internet technology blockchain technology,a new model for the inheritance and reform of Chinese family businesses with the idea of blockchain technology is proposed.In order to better complete the purpose of the research,this paper mainly USES the method of case study,through the analysis of a large number of domestic and foreign cases for in-depth refining and induction.And combined with the Chinese family business inheritance of the practical difficulties and put forward targeted Suggestions.This has important theoretical and practical significance.The main conclusions of this paper include: through a systematic summary of the development of Chinese family businesses,the author believes that the current succession of Chinese family businesses is mainly concentrated in the stage from the first generation of founders to the second generation of successors.This distinctive stage characteristics determine that the role of family business founders in business succession is extremely critical.Through the analysis of many cases of family business inheritance in foreign countries,the author believes that the inheritance mode of family business is various.Even in the same country,the inheritance modes of family businesses in the same field are quite different,which reflects the high uniqueness of corporate inheritance.In addition,although the inherited property design is very important,there is no unified or standard property design model to choose from in the practice of various countries.There is no difference between the specific inheritance modes.Therefore,another conclusion of this paper holds that there are merits in the three modes,whether it is the second-generation succession of a family business,internal cultivation or the hiring of external professional managers.The specific choice of the mode mainly depends on the decision of the founder of the family business.As for the fourth inheritance mode based on block chain technology,the author has made some theoretical explorations.But it is up to the companies themselves to decide whether or not to use the blockchain technology,or how to use it.It should be further pointed out that the blockchain technology is still in the development stage,and there are still some problems in its application.But blockchain technology has shown huge and far-reaching applications.This also suggests that Chinese family entrepreneurs should pay close attention to the development trend of Internet technology and be good at using new technologies and new ideas to serve the development of enterprises.
